O R D E R A. Rajesh, President. Complainant present. Opposite parties represented. The representative of the opposite parties submitted that they are prepared to refund the price of the mobile handset to the complainant. The suggestion on the part of the opposite parties is found genuine and reasonable. Accordingly, the opposite parties are directed to refund Rs. 23,809.50 to the complainant within 30 days from today. The complainant is directed to return the accessories of the mobile handset to the opposite parties simultaneously. If the opposite parties fail to pay the amount in time, the above amount would carry interest @ 12% p.a. from today till payment. Resultantly, the proceedings in this complaint stands closed.
