Mr. Ajgar Ali, the complainant in T.A. 1/2020 is present in person. It is submitted by him that other T.A. 2/2020, 3/2020 and 4/2020 were preferred by his wife Mrs. Mili Begum. Mr. Ajgar Ali is an employee of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Cachar at Silchar. The learned President of the said Commission recused himself in entertaining the matters in the said Commission and sent to this Commission for invoking the jurisdiction under Section 17 (A) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

            As Mr. Ajgar Ali, complainant in T.A. 1/2020 is personally present today we accordingly transfer the Complaint No. 2/2020, 3/2020, 4/2020 and 5/2020 pending before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Cachar at Silchar to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hailakandi. It is found that case records of all the four cases were sent to this Commission. Accordingly, the case records of the aforesaid cases be sent to the District Commission, Hailakandi and on receipt of the records, learned District Commission shall duly notify the parties fixing the date for appearance.

            Accordingly, T.A. 1/2020, 2/2020, 3/2020 and 4/2020 are disposed of in presence of Mr. Ajgar Ali, one of the complainants.
