                  Complainant  present . Ops absent . complainant has stated the Ops have repaired the A.C. to his full satisfaction for which he wants to close the case. In view of his a fore statement and the documents  filed by the Ops on the previous date, i, e on 20/07/2017 we has by closed the case to the stratification of the complainant.
