C.C.No.358 of 2017.                                                      

Suggan Chand Versus S.D.O., UHBVN Ltd. etc.

Present:      Sh. Beer Singh, Adv. for the complainant.

                   Sh. Gulab Singh Kulchandu, Adv. for the Ops. 

 

              Ld. Counsel for the Ops made a statement that they will release the tubewell connection of the complainant within about 30 days after availability of the material and prayed for disposal of the present complaint. 

            On the other hand, ld. Counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he has heard the statement of ld. Counsel for the Ops and he is satisfied with the same and prayed for directing the Ops to comply with as per statement made by ld. Counsel for the Ops. 

            Keeping in view  the statements made by ld. Counsel for both the parties, the Ops are hereby directed to release the tubewell connection of complainant within 30 days from today.  The present complaint is hereby disposed of accordingly.  Both the parties are bound by their own statements.  File be consigned to record after due compliance.
