                Sh. Amit Kumar Kamboj, counsel for the OP.

                 

                Today the case was fixed for filing written version on behalf of the OPs. Written version filed. Copy supplied.

                At the stage, learned counsel for the OPs suffered his separate statement to the effect that OPs has received bill amount from the complainant, as complainant has deposited an amount of Rs.7,67,288/ on 25.07.2019 and an amount of Rs.2 lacs which was lying with the OP as security amount, has been adjusted by the OP. Now nothing is due towards the complainant.

      Learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to effect that, in view of the statement of learned counsel for the OPs, he do not want to pursue the complaint in further and withdraw the same.

             In view of statement of learned counsel for the both parties present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Both the parties would be governed by the statement made by their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
