                   Today the case was fixed for filing written version. Learned counsel for OP made a statement that the department/UHBVN has adjusted amount of ₹57,244/- in the electricity bill of the complainant.

                   On the other hand, learned counsel for complainant made a statement that in view of the statement of learned counsel for OP, he withdraws the present complaint.

                In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
