            The advocate for the O.P. is present. The complainant is found absent on repeated calls and no steps taken today. On perusal of the case record it is found that, the complainant is absent since 07.06.2018 consistently and no steps have been taken by the complainant so far. The complainant probably does not want to proceed further in the present case. 

            Hence the case is dismissed for non prosecution. 

             This case is disposed of accordingly.
