Complainant is personally present and files a petition stating therein that the dispute between the parties has been settled amicable. As per settlement, a sum of Rs.31,933.33 paise  has been withdrawn by O.Ps and  he is liable to pay Rs.5559.38 paise upto March,2014. So the Complainant prayed to drop the proceedings. Mr.Dey, AM(Legal) representing the O.Ps is present and files hazira. Heard from both sides. Since the Complainant does not want to proceed further with the case in view of amicable settlement, the case is dropped on compromise as prayed for by Complainant.
