                  Advocate for the O.P. files hazira and submitted that, the complainant is absent since long and hence necessary orders may be passed. Complainant is absent on call. No steps taken on his behalf. It is seen from the order sheets that , the complainant is absent on 12.07.16 &  on all other subsequent dates . since the case is a time bound case, no further time is allowed to the complainant. Accordingly , the case of the complainant is dismissed for default of the complainant.
