                     Complaint  and advocate  for  OP s present . Advocate  for  OP s has filed  a memo  along  with some documents in support of the contents  mention  therein. Heard the complain t   as well  as  the memo  and documents filed  by the  learned advocate. for OP s  on  perusal of documents  it  transpires  the case of the  the complaint  is U/S  126 of the  Electricity  Act. The aforesaid section  bars  Jurisdiction of  Consumer Forum as itself is a Act.

             Therefore in view of  no jurisdiction, we hereby closed this case at this stage.
