                   File taken up today on an application moved by the learned counsel for the complainant for withdrawing the case. Sh. Deepak Clerk came present today and made a statement that he has taken an amount of Rs.1080/- instead of Rs.500/- from the complainant and is ready to refund the excess amount of Rs.500/- to the complainant. He further stated that he apologize for same and ensure that he will not do such type of mistake in near future.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant stated that he withdraw the present complaint.

                   In view of the statements made by the both the parties, the present complainant is dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
