Heard Ld Lawyer of the complainant.
We have gone through the entire materials on record and we find that the subject matter out of which instant case arisen is beyond the pecuriary jurisdiction of this Forum and the same cannot be entertained by this Forum.
In view of the above findings, the instant complaint is rejected for want of pecuriary jurisdiction.
Complainant is at liberty to agitate the issue before the appropriate Forum on the self same cause of action.
Let a plain copy of the order be supplied to the complainant free of cost.
