Hence,

Ordered

That the complaint be and the same is allowed ex-parte with a cost of Rs.2,000/- against the O.Ps.

 

The O.Ps. are directed to delete the name of the complainant from CIBIL and agencies list as defaulter within one month from the date of this order, failing which, after expiry of the said one month for each day’s delay and non compliance of the Forum’s order shall jointly and severally shall have to pay damages @ Rs.500/- per day till full satisfaction of the decree/Judgement to the complainant.

 

For adopting unfair trade practice by such type of Bank, O.Ps. shall pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- as punitive damages what shall be deposited to State Consumer Welfare Fund of this Forum within one month from the date of this order.

 

If O.Ps. do not act and comply as per true spirit of this order, in that case, penal proceedings shall be started for implementation of this order and further penalty of Rs.10,000/- shall be imposed and even Warrant of Arrest  shall be issued for implementation of this order.
