 Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to return the documents of lat R.Adhikesavan as agreed in the settlement letter and to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- towards compensation for suffering of mental agony due to the deficiency of service and to pay Rs.10,000/- towards litigation expenses to the complainant.

        Memo filed for settled out of court by the complainant and recorded.  Hence, the complaint is dismissed as settled out of court.  No cost.
