          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to reverse the entries of transactions reflected in monthly statement and to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- towards deficiency in service and mental agony and to pay Rs.10,000/- as cost of the complaint.

       

       

The complainant counsel made an endorsement.  In view of the endorsement this complaint is dismissed as settled out of this Forum.   No cost.
