ORDER

Complainant has not been appearing after September, 2022 for last more than one and half years. Consistently matter has been adjourned for filing of rejoinder to the Written Statement of OP, however, complainant has failed to do so. In fact, on the last day of hearing i.e. on 11.09.2023, last opportunity was granted to complainant to file rejoinder evidence subject to cost, however, complainant has neither appeared nor paid cost nor filed rejoinder. Commission is not inclined to accommodate complaint any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
