Today is fixed for hearing on the petition u/S. 24A of the C.P. Act, 1986 filed by the complainant on the point of condonation of delay with payment of cost of Rs. 500=00 by the complainant. 

Today the complainant files hazira along with a petition for adjournment of hearing of condonation of delay petition.

It appears from the record vide order No. 03, dated 03.01.2018 that at the time of admission of this case the petition for condonation of delay was filed but since then the complainant is not interested to move the said petition, even cost imposed of Rs. 500=00 on previous occasion is also not deposited by the complainant till date. It appears that the complainant is not interested with this case.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the Consumer Complaint being No. 253/2017 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

            Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
