ORDER

 Today is fixed for hearing of the petition and submission of Laptop and withdrawal of cheque by the D.hr. 

            D.hr is present personally by filing hazira.

            J.drs are also present by filing hazira through advocate.

            Heard the D.hr and Ld. Advocate for the J.drs considered and rejected the said petition as it is not pressed by the D.hr. D.hr also files a petition for permission of withdrawal of the cheque.

            D.hr handed over the Laptop to the J.drs in the open Ejlash and submitted receipt in this regard. Now, the D.hr is permitted to withdraw the cheque vide No. 159075 Dt. 21.06.2022 amounting to Rs.47,078/-

            Office is directed to hand over the said cheque to the D.hr after proper verification.

            Thus, the case is disposed of with full satisfaction.
