HON’BLE JUSTICE SRI A. CHAKRABARTI, PRESIDENT.

Heard the Revision Petitioner who is present in person.  It appears that the Revision Petitioner has filed an application for restoration of the order dated 28.07.2009 passed by this Commission.  It appears that in the facts and circumstances of the case original proceeding has been transferred from District Forum South 24 Pgs. to District Forum Calcutta Unit – I for disposal of the matter in accordance with law.  It appears that the revision petition was decided on merit.  In such circumstances we do not have any power either to restore the matter or to review the order passed by the Bench of this Commission on merit.  Therefore, we are unable to exercise any power at this stage after final disposal of the revision case on merit.  Accordingly the application is dismissed.  The Registrar of this Commission is directed to send the record of the original proceeding along with copy of the order dated 28.07.2009 to the Forum Calcutta Unit – I forthwith.
