The appeal was filed long back in the year 2017. On perusal of the order sheet, it is seen that in spite of sufficient opportunities given to the appellant to address the arguments, she did not turn up to address the arguments. It seems she is not interested in continuing her case. Mere filing of memorandum of appeal is not sufficient to hold the appeal in the absence of any arguments and convincement by the appellant.
