            Proxy counsel for respondent handed over to counsel for applicant cheque of Rs.56,468/- dated 22.10.2011 favouring the applicant bearing No.131913 drawn on HDFC Bank. Counsel for applicant received the cheque of Rs.56,468/- and withdrawn the execution application as fully satisfied. Such statement has been recorded on the execution application itself. Photocopy of cheque in question retained on record. In view of this, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
