          File taken up today on the application filed by the ld. Counsel for the respondent –JD as he intends to deposit two cheque i.e. cheque no. 423157 dated 06.06.2015 worth Rs. 1,13,829/- and cheque no. 418155 dated 25.05.2015 worth Rs. 11  Lacs.

 

Ld. Counsel for the complainant-DH has made a statement that he received the above mentioned cheque from the respondent-JD and thus, he does not want to countinue with the present execution petition and thus, it may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

Heard.

Keeping in view the statement made by ld. Counsel for the complainant-DH the present execution stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied..
