Order no. 10        dt. 29/07/13

            Instant hearing arose out of a ptn challenging the maintainability of the case filed by op 1,2,3 i.e. State Bank Of India on 20/03/2013.

            We have gone through the ptn and the materials on record and we find from the ptn of complt that the subject matter of the case i.e. term loan  for Rs. 62,50,0000 and the said amount had exceeded the peqriry jurisdiction of the Forum and this Forum has no authority to entertain the instant case.

            In view of the findings above, instant case is dismissed for want of pecuniary jurisdiction.

            The complt is at liberty to agitate the issues before the appropriate Forum on the selfsame cause of action.

             Plain copies be supplied to the parties free of cost.
