Bhavya Julka Vs. The Registrar Guru Gobind Singh Inderprastha Uni.

Ex. No. 78 of 2016.

 

Present: Sh. Parmod Gupta, Advocate, counsel for DH.

           

                         Today the case was fixed for filing of list of property being last opportunity. However, counsel for the DH made a statement that Bank account/ particular of JD is not traceable, so at present he does not want to pursue this execution application and withdraw the same. Fresh  execution application will be filed when particulars of JD will be available.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for the DH, the present execution petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh, if so advised. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
