Neither the complainant nor the O.P. No. 2 has taken any step. 

Today is fixed for submission of examination in chief by way of affidavit by the complainant by way of last chance. Record shows that number of dates had been posted for submission of examination in chief by way of affidavit by the complainant. But the complainant has not taken any step. We are satisfied that the complainant is not interested to pursue with his case. 

Hence, the case is dropped for non-prosecution.
