                                                            ORDER

 

                        The representative/official of OP gave statement to the effect that the file of the complainant in respect of re-assignment of vehicle No.HR-10-G-8844 has been processed and no more documents are required and that the R.C. of said vehicle will be delivered/issued to the complainant by 9th March, 2010.  In this view of the matter, the complainant gave statement of withdrawal.  Accordingly, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.  However, the OP shall remain bound by their statement. 

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
