            This is a complaint filed u/s.12(3) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for :

  1. Directing the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.1142/- per month as pension to the complainant from 01.09.1997 to till his life time.
  2. Directing the opposite parties to pay the compensation for a sum of Rs.20,000/- for wrong calculation of pension and willful loss of pension to the complainant.
  3. Directing the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.5000/- as cost of the complaint
  4. To grant such other relief as this Forum may deems fit and proper in the interest of justice.

 

Today the complaint was called.  The Complainant and opposite parties present. The Counsel for complainant and OP.1 present.  OP.1 filed reply. Copy furnished to the complainant.  The complainant filed memo stating that "I have completely satisfied with the calculation as per the version of the OP.1.  This matter may be dismissed as not pressing the matter with full satisfaction". 

In view of the endorsement made in the memo filed by the complainant, this complaint is hereby dismissed as not pressed. No cost.
