This is a complaint filed u/s.12(3) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for :
- Directing the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.1186/- per month as pension to the complainant from 01.08.2001 to till his life time.
- Directing the opposite parties to pay the compensation for a sum of Rs.20,000/- for wrong calculation of pension and willful loss of pension to the complainant.
- Directing the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.5000/- as cost of the complaint
- To grant such other relief as this Forum may deems fit and proper in the interest of justice.
Today the complaint was called. Complainant absent, counsel represented. OP.1 present. OP.2 absent. Complainant's counsel filed memo stating that the complainant herein not pressed this complaint filed against the opposite parties as the same may be recorded. Full satisfaction may be recorded and thus render justice.
In view of the endorsement made in the memo, this complaint is hereby dismissed as not pressed, no cost.
