This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to sanction annual relief from 01.03.2015 for every calendar year and to pay arrears of Rs.2,217/- with interest at 18% p.a. with a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and cost of proceedings to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the allegations raised in the complaint.  The complainant and Counsel absent for a long time.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
