This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to sanction annual relief from 01.04.2012 for every calendar year and to pay arrears of Rs.4,142/- with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. and to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and cost to the complainant.

The complainant reported died.  The complainant’s Counsel made an endorsement also.  Hence, this case is dismissed as abated.
