     Heard. Be registered. At this stage, counsel for complainant has put an endorsement on the front page of the complaint that he withdraws this complaint to file a fresh with the better particulars. Liberty granted, of course subject to law of limitation. Accordingly, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. As prayed for, additional sets of complaint & documents be returned to the complainant against receipt.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
