On perusal of the order on memo of calculation of this Commission dated:24.11.2023, this Commission directed the JDr to pay Rs.51,970-00 to the Dhr, if JDr has already paid Rs.17,474-00 on 01.10.2014, then the JDr is liable to pay only Rs.17,527-00 within the 30 days from the date of receipt/knowledge of the order. On perusal of the order sheet dated 22.01.2024, the DHr has submitted that, JDr has already paid Rs.17,474-00 in the year 2014 itself. Therefore case was adjourned for compliance to pay balance amount of Rs.17,527-00. On 02.04.2024 the counsel for the JDr filed a memo regarding the JDr has given the DD No.483303 for penalty of Rs.8,800-00 to the DHr. The same memo is acknowledge by the counsel of the DHr as he has received the same DD No.483303 for Rs.8,800-00 on 01.04.2024. Further on 25.04.2024 the counsel for the JDr has filed memo of compliance and submitted that, balance amount of Rs.17,527-00 is processed in Monthly BRS for the month of March, 2024. Copy of the Pension Enquiry Details produced by the JDr is establishing the same. The counsel for the DHr has also submitted that, DHr has received the amount as per order dated 24.11.2023 passed by this commission. By considering the above discussion, we are of the opinion that the JDr has fully complied the order of this commission and the execution application is liable to be closed as fully satisfied. Accordingly, we pass the following:-
