        Version of 2^nd opposite party not filed.  Counsel for the complainant filed memo as mentioned infra:

        “It is submitted that the 2^nd opposite party had deposited an amount of Rs.34,114/- vide DD No.667737 and Rs.6980/- vide DD No.667736 respectively, drawn on State Bank of India, Chilakaluripet Branch, Chilakaluripet, with the 1^st opposite party, towards the amount payable to the complainant. 

          It is therefore prayed that the Hon’ble Forum may be pleased to withdraw the complaint as settled out of the Hon’ble Forum, without costs, by according this memo of withdrawal in the interest of justice”

          In view of the said memo the complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum.
