            This is a complaint filed u/s.12(3) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for :

  1. Directing the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.1449/- per month as pension to the complainant from 15.06.2005 to till his life time.
  2. Directing the opposite parties to pay the compensation for a sum of Rs.20,000/- for wrong calculation of pension and willful loss of pension to the complainant.
  3. Directing the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.5000/- as cost of the complaint
  4. To grant such other relief as this Forum may deems fit and proper in the interest of justice.

 

Today the complaint was called.  The complainant and OP.1 present, counsels represented. OP.2 absent, no representation made. The complainant filed memo stating that the complainant "not pressed the complaint at this stage since the claim amount credited in his account and full satisfaction may be recorded.

In view of the endorsement made in the complainant's memo, this complaint is hereby dismissed as not pressed. No cost.
