                   Power of attorney on behalf of complainant filed.  Sh. P.P.Kaushik, Adv. alongwith Sh. Amit Kaushik, Adv. for the respondent No.1 has stated that already the pension of Sh. Mange Ram has been processed by the office of respondent No.1-Regional Provident Fund.  PPO No.HRKNL00048506 is also assigned to the complainant, which is Annexure-R3.  PPO number is sent to the concerned authority, which is being sent to State Bank of India, Dhand Branch, Kaithal.  Since the financial year is ending on 31.03.2022.  Hence, the concerned Manager of State Bank of India, Dhand is directed to give the amount of pension to Sh. Mange Ram by the month of April, 2022.  A copy of this order be sent dasti through Mange Ram complainant to the concerned Manager of S.B.I., Dhand, Kaithal.  Hence, the complaint is accepted accordingly with cost, which is assessed as Rs.11,000/- which will be paid by respondent No.1-Regional Provident Fund Commission, Chandigarh.  Copy of this order be sent to both the parties free of cost.  File be consigned to record, after due compliance.
