            No representation for complainant for reasons from opposite parties says the dispute of international Pass Port to the petitioner.  The absences of complaint in the above circumstances appear to entrusted as he got what he aspired.   Hence appears to be hearing no interest to prosecute the matter therefore the case is dismissed Under Section 13 (2) (c) C.P. Act.
