This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to pay s um of Rs.1,00,000/- as compensation for loss of professional practice  and Rs.75,000/- towards medical expenses and mental agony,  Rs.4,000/- towards cost of the complaint. 

         Proof affidavit of Complainant not filed to prove the complaint averments for long time. Complainant and Counsel called absent for long time.  This compliant is  dismissed for default.  No cost.
