ORDER

Attendance on behalf of the D/H filed through his advocate alongwith a cheque IDBI Bank drawn in favor of the State of Bihar wiht the submission that the D/H was entitled to receive the amount of Rs 25060/- only as decreatal amount but the cheque of amount as submitted b the J/D is Rs 26060 of which includes a sum of Rs. 1000/- as execution cost mention in the distress warrant. He has prayed for handing over the cheque issued by the J/D. Prayer is allowed. Office is directed to handover the cheque issued by the J/D to the D/H on verification and identification of the D/H. Let the cheque worth Rs. One thousand (Rs. 1000/-) submitted by D/H be credited in the account of State of Bihar as execution cost. 

      With the above satisfaction of Decree the present execution case stands disposed off.
