The Case record is taken up to-day on the strength of the advance petition filed by the complainant whose signature is dully attested by her engaged counsel. The complainant also filed one withdrawal petition along with the advance petition after service on the other side .The learned counsel for the complainant submitted that the complainant has settled the litigation out side of the court with certain conditions and hence she does not want to proceed further with this case and counsel for Ops also filed hazira and has no objection if the case is withdrawn .Accordingly as no objection from other side and as complainant wants to withdraw her case as settled out side of the court the case of the complainant is dropped as withdrawn.
