Complainant and opposite parties appeared through counsel. Counsel for the opposite parties submitted that securitisation proceedings under SARFAESI Act has been initiated against the complainant and the matter is pending before CJM Court. No objection raised by the counsel for the complainant.
Hence the petition is not maintainable before this Forum and dismissed.
