                   Today the present case is taken up for settlement, if any before “Grahak Madhyastata Samadhan” for disposal of pending consumer cases. The counsel for complainant made a statement that the complaint regarding theft case of commercial vehicle does not lie before the consumer courts, hence, he wants to file the same before PLA Court. So, he wants to withdraw the present complaint. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

                   In view of above statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.
