                    As per order of the Honorable National Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum New Delhi in Revision Petition No.3437/14 in Application No.286/2011 State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission Chennai in CC 01/07 DCDRF Perambalur. Dated 16-10-15, the Consumer Complaint No.01/07 was remanded back to the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, Perambalur to decide the complaint a fresh within 3 months from 20.11.15.

 

      Hence this Execution Application is dismissed as infructuous.
