Case is fixed today for filing of written version by the O.Ps . O.P No 3 has not taken any steps . Learned Advocate for the O.P No.1 &2 file a memo which contended that the petitioner have already receipt their amount which they have deposited in fix deposit and such they have written a letter addressing to Bank and they want to withdraw this case No.115/2020.Learned Advocate for the O.P also file copy of representation of the complainant  on dt.30.04.2021 which contain that:- “the complainant got the FDR deposited in their Account so they are withdrawing  the case No.115/2020 without any grievance with the Bank and staff. In such circumstance the O.P prays to drop the case. Copy of the memo served to the complainant where upon  the learned Advocate for the complainant has filed a memo starting therein that:- the complainant has received the amount of compensation from the O.Ps , So the complainant does not want to proceed with this  complaint and prays to drop the case. The memo taken into the record.

In view of the above settlements of the dispute between the party with their own satisfaction the case is drop.
