              The Op. files hazira. The complainant takes no steps. The OP-Bank filed a copy of death certificate of the complainant which disclosed that the complainant died on 01/11/2011. Legal heirs of the complainant failed to take step to proceed with the case further. As the  complaint filed by the complainant is dismissed for  non-prosecution.
