     Complainant Shri Biplab Kundu is present before us along with his lawyer and files a petition praying for dispose of the case on the ground stated therein.

     Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant along with his client Shri Biplab Kundu. It is submitted that the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case being received a cheque no. 232208 dated 16-03-2010 amount to Rs. 76,200/- only from the O.P. as full and final settlement.

     perused the petition duly signed by the complainant being identified by his lawyer today.

That the case be disposed of with full and final settlement being withdrawn.
