ORDER
This petition is filed by the Petitioner / Decree Holder against the Respondent / Judgment Debtor for compliance of the Order in Consumer Complaint No.73/2008 dated:22.03.2016, failing which, Order for Arrest of the Respondent / Judgment Debtor U/S 27 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
Petitioner / Decree Holder is called absent. Inspite of Court Notice served. Though this Forum, given sufficient opportunity and Court Notice issued and served to the Decree Holder / Complainant for clarification pertaining to the Memo filed by the Judgment Debtor / Opposite party along with the copy of the DD for a sum of Rs.44,600/- towards full settlement in this E.A. and received by the Decree Holder / Complainant. But the Petitioner / Decree Holder / Complainant did not appear before this Forum to clarify the same which can be easily assumed that the petitioner received the E.A. amount and thereby the Memo filed by the Judgment Debtor / Opposite party is recorded.
In the result, the full satisfaction is recorded and E.A. is dismissed. No cost.
