2.       The Branch Manager, Star Health & Allied Insurance Company Ltd. 2nd Floor, SCF 137, Urban Estate, Near ICICI Bank, Karnal-132001 (Haryana).

3.       The Branch Manager, Star Health & Allied Insurance Company Ltd. RJ Towers, Grand Trunk Road, Mahavir Colony, Panipat-132103.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:     Shri Virender Sharma, counsel for complainant.

                   Shri Mohit Goyal, counsel for OP.

         

                   Today the case was fixed for evidence of complainant. No evidence on behalf of complainant is present. However, learned counsel for OP appeared and suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the complainant and the company is ready to pay ₹1,15,000/- (Rs.One lac fifteen thousands only) to the complainant within 45 days. 

 

                   On the other hand, learned counsel for complainant also suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP (company) and OP is ready to make payment of ₹1,15,000/- (Rs.One Lac fifteen thousands only) to the complainant within 45 days. Keeping in view the compromise and the statement of learned counsel for OP, he withdraws the present complaint.

 

      In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Both the parties shall remain bound by the statements suffered by their respective counsel. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
