This case stands filed on 23.12.2019 and defect has been removed on 07.01.2020. Since then it has been pending for hearing on the point of the admission but complainant started remaining absent and last chance was given on 09.07.2022 even thereafter he did not appear. It is relevant to mention that vide memo no. 502 dated 27.05.2022 notice was issued to the complainant  to appear and to take step in this case but he did not appear. Considering the trend and conduct of the complainant it appears that complainant has left the interest in this case. Hence, this complainant case stands dismissed without admission.
