27.01.2023- Learned Counsel of the complainant is present.

 

Learned Counsel of the O.P. Bank is also present and submits affidavit. 

Perused the complaint and other documents. 

The complainant is pension holder and draws pension from the PNB, Badharghat Branch. In the month of December, 2021 mistakenly pension was credited twice in the account of the complainant. Subsequently, on being detected, the bank requested the complainant not to withdraw the amount from her account. However, pensioner complainant had withdrawn the excess amount also. Therefore, the O.P. bank realized one month pension amount in the month of March, 2022. The complainant prays for one month advance pension which the O.P. bank has not obliged. Therefore, we do not find any deficiency of service on the part of the O.P. bank. Hence, the complaint stands dismissed, however without any cost.

The case stands disposed off.
