Complaint is allowed. Opposite party is directed to pay an amount of Rs.5,380/- to the complainant within two months with cost of Rs.200/-. If opposite party fails to do so,complainant would be entitled to recieve further interest at the rate of 12% p.a from such date on the above mentioned amount. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under C.O.P
